Un piccolo gioiellino a due passi dal cuore della città.
Ci si sente immersi in un’atmosfera accogliente, dove la cura dei particolari ed il design raffinato rendono la vacanza meravigliosa fin dal primo risveglio.
Il Rooftop Apartments è delizioso nel suo genere; un soggiorno fiorentino in una sensazione di benessere e relax, in un quartiere caratteristico ma al riparo dal caos, ad un passo dal centro storico.
La proprietaria Eleonora è veramente gentile e disponibile e la cura degli appartamenti rivela la sua passione per l’ospitalità.
Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono vivere Firenze prendendo il meglio che questa meravigliosa città può offrire. Complimenti!!

Tolle kleine Wohnung mit einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin
Eleonora ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Vor allem hat Sie uns auch noch mit tollen Tipps für Essen, Trinken und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die kleine Loggia mit dem Essplatz bietet einen tollen Blick nach Fiesole.

We recommend this place absolutely.
The apartment is located in beautiful, calm area near the city centre, market is about 5 minutes by walk and bus station too. The room was comfortable, light and nice, with air conditioning and great view from the window. The host Eleonora was really kind and helpful, she gave us big list of tips like what to do, where to go and where to eat in Florence. It was really enjoyable and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay, so we would love to come back again . 🙂

I really loved this apartment in Florence, the design was very homey and the view was lovely. It was such a cozy place. Eleonora was a great host, she picked my mom and I up from the train station and was very helpful with everything, giving us many helpful suggestions on what to do in Florence. I wished I could have stayed longer!

Eleonora es una genia!… nos ayudo con todo lo que necesitamos… mi pareja es celiaca, ella nos mando indicaciones donde podiamos ir a comer y comprar comida.. nos recomendo lugares para ir en Florencia, se puede cocinar y comer sin problemas en el departamento, esta muy bien equipado, es luminoso, la cama es muy comoda… 100% recomendable

A comfortable night’s sleep after touring round the fabulous city of Florence
This lovely quirky old apartment has a comfortable bed, is bright and airy, has air conditioning so you can close all shutters for a dark and quiet night’s sleep. It’s well equipped – we needed hairdryer and iron and both were available. The apartment has nice lighting and feels very homely, it’s private and in a quiet location, a 20 min walk from main attractions, which we liked as it’s nice to have a walk after dinner. Host Eleonora couldn’t have been more lovely & friendly or more helpful! Thank you

Eleonore is such a kind and friendly hostess! The apartment is super cozy and cute, very well located in a beautiful and quite neighborhood, but close to the city center. Big supermarket is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. The rooftop view is stunning!

It was the best weekend I’ve spent in Florence. Host is gorgeous! So hospitable and polite! Apartment is very cozy and located very close to the center of the city. There are few beautiful parks near apartment where you can watching sunset while eating ice cream.

Ein gemütliches, stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Alles hat sehr neu und durchdacht gewirkt, die Küche war voll ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig, das Bett gemütlich und die Aussicht fantastisch. Fühlt sich nicht an wie in ein fremdes Zimmer sondern wie eine kleine luxuriöse Heimat im Urlaub. Wir waren jedenfalls positiv überrascht. Auch die Lage ist top, man kann in ca 20 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen oder den Bus quasi vor der Haustür nehmen. Insgesamt die beste Unterkunft in unserem Italien Urlaub, die auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert ist. Eleonora hat uns auch super betreut, beim Parken geholfen und Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Много приятно място. Апартаментът е много хубав , просторен и има всичко необходимо.Хубав квартал, достатъчно близо до центъра. Ако имам път към Флоренция пак бих отседнала там.Собственичката е много усмихната и винаги на разположение за въпроси.

Es la primera vez que voy a un apartamento, soy más de hotel. Bueno pues si todos fueran como este, me volvía al contrario.. El edificio es viejo por lo que hay que dubir dos tramos de escaleras pero el apartamento está genial. Limpio, cuidado, confortable, y está totalmente equipado. Total tranquilidad para dormir. La zona de la ciudad es tranquila, elegante y segura e fácilmente caminando se llega a todos lados. Bien comunicado con el transporte público. Tiene un supermercado a dos calles. La atención de Eleonora tan excelente como el apartamento. La zona es muy tranquila. Si volviese a Florencia no me importaría volver.

I’ve visited Florence many times but this is the nicest place I’ve stayed in so far. Great location due to fact that it’s close enough to the most important monuments but away from the chaos and the tourists. The area is attractive, and there are two beautiful parks that are worth visiting. Lovely and quiet at night and felt safe walking around alone. The apartment is really cute and the decor very nice. There is everything that you might need. The hostess was really helpful and kind, and gave me a load of useful suggestions as where to go and what to do in Florence. I will be back soon for sure!

Los departamentos son perfectos para una estadía en Florencia. Cómodos, tienen todo lo necesario y tan acogedores como la ciudad. Además estan super bien ubicados, es muy fácil ir hasta el centro. Los recomiendo al 100%

A lovely charming flat, nice views in a quiet area on the edge of the old town.. The owner Eleonora was really helpful and generous, she drove us to the station and helped get our train tickets.

L’appartamento è arredato con gusto ed è davvero confortevole. Ma la cosa che mi ha stupita maggiormente è stata la disponibilità della proprietaria, noi siamo arrivati alle 7 del mattino , e non potendo avere la casa a quell’ora (ovviamente) è venuta a prendere le valige così che noi potessimo girare liberamente per la città. Una persona meravigliosa.

Итальянская атмосфера! Прекраснейшая хозяйка квартиры! Встретила нас с автобуса, и отвезла обратно, бесплатно! Квартира очень чистая, аккуратная, компактная. На кухне есть все принадлежности, чай, кофе, приправы. Великолепное расположение, очень романтичная атмосфера!
