The apartments have the same cosy, welcoming atmosphere as being at home, ideal for relaxing after a busy day spent shopping and sightseeing in the city centre. Not only is there nothing lacking compared to staying in a traditional hotel but one also has the extra privacy and the freedom that only the exclusive use of an apartment can offer. There are no set timetables to stick to. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without having to get dressed. You can fill the fridge with your favourite food, open a bottle of wine and enjoy an intimate dinner as if you were in your own home.

As one can see from the photographs, the apartments are furnished with taste and with attention to detail and all those extra touches that make it feel like home.

They are not only quiet but also very luminous and from the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops of this characteristic area of the city.

They consist of sleeping quarters with a double bed (with the possibilty of a third single bed on request), a small windowed bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooker and all the essential kitchen tools for preparing meals. Without forgetting of course that there are some great restaurants and bars close at hand that are just waiting to be tried out! We would be happy to give you any suggestions about the best places to go!

All bed linen and towels are provided. There is independent central heating and air conditioning for refreshment during the sweltering Florentine summers. Wifi is available in the whole apartment.

The apartments are located centrally, only a few minutes walk from the city centre and its most important monuments, perfect therefore for exploring the city on foot.

They are situated just outside the LTZ (Limited Traffic Zone) so also easy to reach by car, in a charming, little pedestrianized street that recalls Tuscan villages from the past. This fact completely isolates them from the noise of the city and the traffic. They are on the third floor of a small, historic building built in the 1900s. There is no lift.

The area is well-served by restaurants, bars, cashpoints, post offices, chemists, shops and supermarkets. Ideal both for who is travelling by car or for who arrives in the city by coach, train or plane.

Only a few metres away you will find two of the city’s most beautiful parks to visit: The Giardini dell’Orticoltura (Horticultural Gardens) with its marvellous tepidarium dating back to the 1800s, and further up the hill, the Orti del Parnaso with its spectacular dragon fountain, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the city.

It’s not far also from the magnificent Fortezza da Basso, with its great park and exhibition centre, venue for numerous Italian and international events.
